RETURNS
We
do accept goods returned to Village Health and Beauty, however only in
the following circumstances.
We accept goods returned, for any reason, that have been un-opened and
unused - within 7 working days starting from: one day after receipt of
goods.
We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened.
If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive
the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return
of the products.
You the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of
placing your order [beginning the day after receipt of the goods] without
reason [cooling-off period], if the goods have been despatched we will
refund less the cost of shipping once the goods have been returned in
good order.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact Village
Health and Beauty in a 'reasonable time' (proof is required of receipt
of goods) and we will refund or replace the goods.
All
returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery
and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method
requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. All returns to be made
to - Returns Department

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We
will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, we advise you to
send them registered/recorded so that there is evidence of postage if
the goods do not turn up. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice.
Please note that all prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.
A limit of £250.00 is set for any one transaction in any one day.
Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over
the weekend and during National Holidays.

COMPLAINTS
PROCEDURE
Village
Health endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 working days.
It is the aim of Village Health to resolve complaints within 10 working
days.
We will keep you informed throughout the whole process of your complaint.
PAYMENT
Village
Health will take payment via on-line sales [incl. VAT @ 17.5%] using Credit
Card, cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, and Solo.
Credit verified orders will be confirmed by email. Unverified orders will
be notified by email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Shopping
online is easy and convenient, but we know that some of our customers
prefer to use alternative ways to shop. The following shopping options
